"BEADED DREAM"---This piece was inspired by traditional Chippewa/Ojibwa floral patterns and an appreciation for the artists who work with beads to create beautiful pieces of art. From ear rings, pendants, bracelets, medallions to clothing, regalia, hats, shoes. Bead work can be seen pretty much anywhere and everywhere. By combining floral patterns and bead work my hope was to create a wonderful illustration of that type of art work. Pointillism was used to represent the individual beads that artists use in their work.

Beading requires patience, a vision to see the end before something is even started. It requires the ability to overcome challenges that may pop up anytime during a project. Those challenges give a piece its own uniqueness and beauty because the artist knows what they had to go through to get to the end. The satisfaction and feeling of a job well done is in itself very rewarding.
